We have combined Financial Fitness with Homebuyer Education into one 8-hour course.  

Our goal is to give you a greater chance to achieve long-term, successful homeownership. 

Topics Covered: 

• Money Management

• Setting Financial Goals

• Understanding Credit

• The Mortgage Loan Process

• Shopping for a Home

• Fair Housing

• Home Maintenance

Once you complete the eight-hour (four, 2-hour sessions) HomeToday session, you will meet           with a professional HUD Credit Counselor for an Individual Counseling Session. 

The Individual Counseling Session reinforces the fundamentals of successful homeownership and encourages you to establish and maintain your credit.  Credit Reports are pulled, and Action Plans are created with recommendations to assist you in your journey of homeownership and beyond.

Classes are currently being held online.
